We believe in the power of connection to create lasting positive change. The Opportunity As our Production and Fulfillment Specialist, you will be the engine behind our daily operations. You will play a crucial role in bringing our products to life and ensuring they are carefully prepared and shipped to our supporters. This is a chance to leverage your organizational skills and strong work ethic in an active, in-person role for a meaningful cause. What You'll Do Product Creation: Assist in the hands-on manufacturing and assembly of Foundation products, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency. Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and process daily orders accurately and efficiently for shipping or local pickup. Workspace Maintenance: Clean, organize, and maintain the production and fulfillment areas to ensure a safe, highly functional, and welcoming environment. Inventory Tracking: Monitor stock levels for products, shipping materials, and production supplies, notifying the team when reordering is necessary. Quality Control: Inspect finished products and packaged orders to ensure they meet our Foundation's presentation and quality standards before leaving the facility. Team Collaboration: Work closely with our operations and volunteer teams to support various on-site projects and events as needed. What We're Looking For Availability: Ability to work on-site, 40 hours a week in a dynamic physical environment. Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for accuracy in packing and product assembly. Physical Stamina: Comfort with an active workday that includes standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting/moving boxes (up to 40 lbs). Reliability & Independence: A self-starter who can manage their time effectively and complete tasks with minimal supervision, while also being a strong collaborative team member. Positive Attitude: A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a willingness to jump in and help keep the workspace clean and running smoothly.
