Production and Fulfillment Specialist

Responsibilities Assist with daily apparel production, including screen printing, heat transfer applications, and preparing garments for customization. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards, accuracy, and customer specifications are met. Prepare, package, label, and organize completed orders for shipping or customer pickup. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment while working collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines. Skills Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy and quality throughout production, inspection, and order fulfillment. Time Management & Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks, work efficiently, and meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Teamwork & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to follow instructions, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively.
