About Shabaz Naturals Shabaz Naturals is a growing natural skincare and personal care brand specializing in African black soap, body care, and hair care products. As our online business continues to expand, we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team and help manage daily product packaging, order fulfillment, and shipping operations. We’re a small, hands-on business looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a growing brand. Job Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Accurately label, seal, and package skincare and hair care products. Print shipping labels and prepare outgoing packages. Assist with bottling, filling, and labeling products as needed. Assemble product bundles and promotional packages. Organize packaging materials, inventory, and supplies. Inspect products for quality and packaging accuracy. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Assist with receiving and organizing incoming inventory. Support other light production and fulfillment tasks as needed. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds, with reasonable accommodation. Basic computer skills and ability to learn shipping software. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Previous experience in packaging, warehouse fulfillment, shipping, or product assembly is a plus but not required. Experience with Shopify, TikTok Shop, or other e-commerce platforms is a bonus. What We’re Looking For Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys hands-on work, stays organized, follows instructions carefully, and understands the importance of delivering a great customer experience. We’re especially interested in someone who can grow with the company as our order volume increases. Compensation & Schedule Starting pay: $16–$18 per hour, depending on experience. Approximately 15–20 hours per week initially. Additional hours may become available as the business grows. On-site position in Lithonia, Georgia.
