LOCATION: Remote anywhere in Canada About Proof Proof is the service-of-process marketplace modernizing how legal documents move through the real world. 10,000 law firms, from small practices to the AmLaw 100, trust us with documents that have legal consequences: a serve has to reach the right person, at the right address, under the right rules, with a court-ready affidavit proving what happened. We're one of the fastest-growing tech enabled services companies in the U.S., and legal tech is one of the most exciting places to build software right now. We're also still early enough that you'll help shape the culture, not just inherit it. Expect real autonomy, the latest AI tools on a modern stack, plus engineers and designers who care about craft as much as you do. The role Due process starts at a door. Before a lawsuit can move forward, the person being sued has to be properly notified, and for thousands of cases every day, that happens through a process server using our mobile app. It's one of the most critical steps in the litigation system. As a Product Manager on the Server Experience and Fulfilment team, you'll own the product experience that helps those servers get it right and on time, from understanding requirements and planning attempts to capturing reliable evidence of service. Your goal is to make that work easier for servers, more predictable for the law firms relying on it, and more profitable for our marketplace overall. What you'll own Planning and attempts. How servers plan their day, sequence attempts, work high-volume addresses, and see which jobs are at risk before a deadline passes. Job requirements. Helping servers act on each job's legal requirements at the right moment, across states and counties. Evidence of service. The capture and verification behind every attempt: location, time, photos, eligibility checks. Raise the quality bar without slowing servers down, even with no signal. Fewer handoffs. Deciding what belongs in the app, what AI and automation can handle, and what still needs one of our service specialists. Efficient dispatch. How job offers get packaged, priced, and distributed to servers, and the product systems behind server pay. Your team and scope You're joining an established team that has driven some of Proof's biggest wins over the last two years. It moves quickly, ships with impact, and has built a best-in-class mobile app for process servers. You'll report to the CPO and, as a hands-on IC, partner with a dedicated engineering squad and our design team on discovery, analysis, and delivery. You're accountable for the squad's multi-quarter roadmap. Day to day, you'll work side by side with a world-class operations team that handles server recruitment, rate negotiation, and risk and compliance, and with four other PMs who lead the law firm experience, platform automation, filing, and integrations. What success looks like in year one More jobs meet their service deadlines, without more avoidable reattempts. Less avoidable specialist work per job, with service quality continuing to improve. More complete, trustworthy evidence from the field, and fewer downstream corrections caused by missing or incorrect server inputs. Servers find the work easier, and it shows in retention: more of our best servers stay active and take on more jobs. Who we're hiring You'll be a strong fit if: You've owned a consequential workflow from identifying the problem through launch and adoption, and can explain what you chose not to build, the tradeoffs you made, and the results. You've built a mobile product people depend on to do their jobs: drivers, couriers, field technicians, inspectors, or similar. You think in systems. You see how a change in the app ripples through dispatch, operations, and the law firm on the other end, and you design automation that holds up as volume grows. You make sure the right decision gets made, even when law firms, servers, and operations want different things and the final call is…
