Product Manager

Title: Product Manager Job Summary BV USA is an e-commerce-driven company with a diverse product portfolio, including BV Bike, specializing in bicycle accessories and cycling essentials, and BV Security, offering networking devices, surveillance equipment, and security solutions. We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, developing product strategies, and driving new product initiatives to support business growth. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of market trends, product profitability, and the e-commerce landscape, along with hands-on experience in bicycle accessories and/or networking devices. You will work closely with Asian manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams to bring competitive products to market and enhance our product portfolio. Key Responsibilities Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify new product opportunities. Develop product strategies and evaluate new products based on market potential, competitiveness, and profitability. Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers on product development, specifications, pricing, and quality. Manage the product lifecycle, including product selection, development, launch, and performance evaluation. Analyze product sales performance and recommend strategies to improve competitiveness and profitability. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, and Purchasing teams to support product launches and business growth. Required Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Product Manager. Working experiences with bicycle accessories and/or networking devices. Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and market dynamics. Proven ability to analyze market trends and identify new product opportunities. Strong ability to analyze product costs, pricing, and profitability. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Flexibility to attend occasional evening or nighttime meetings with suppliers located in Asia. Preferred Qualifications Experience working directly with manufacturers or suppliers in overseas markets. Experience launching new products through major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon or other online marketplaces. Experience managing multiple product categories or product development projects simultaneously. Familiarity with international trade, import/export procedures, and related costs.
