Product Implementation Lead

As our Product Implementation Lead, you’ll connect New Product Innovation and Operations, leading products from concept through operational readiness and ensuring every launch is accurately costed, properly configured, and set up for success. Job Responsibilities and Duties: Lead product readiness activities to ensure new products and product changes launch on time and are operationally ready. Own item setup for BOMs, specifications, packaging attributes, vendor information, routings, and production parameters to ensure data accuracy and governance. Develop and maintain product costs, including labor and operational requirements to support accurate planning, purchasing, and production. Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and training materials that enable safe, consistent, quality and efficient execution. Partner with Sourcing, Operations, Quality, Planning, and suppliers to align product specifications, capabilities, timelines, and launch requirements. Evaluate manufacturability and operational feasibility and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce complexity, and lower costs. Support quality and compliance readiness by ensuring specifications, testing requirements, and production standards are clearly defined and implemented. Drive continuous improvement through process standardization, root cause analysis, and resolution of product-and system-related issues. Other duties as assigned.
