What You Get to Do
Are you someone who thrives at the intersection of technical precision and hands-on problem solving? Join our team as a Product Engineer, where you'll translate architectural vision into manufacturing reality, ensuring every custom window project comes to life exactly as designed.
You'll be the critical link between design intent and production execution, interpreting drawings, approvals, and specifications to guide operations in building custom architectural window systems.
• Read & interpret architectural drawings to define project requirements
• Generate accurate bills of materials & manufacturing drawings using AutoCAD, ERP, & in-house configuration software
• Research & analyze sales, estimating, & engineering standards for each project or window series
• Produce highly accurate technical output that keeps projects moving
• Partner cross-functionally with manufacturing & other departments to solve challenges in real time
• Navigate the shop floor to troubleshoot engineering issues on the spot
• Champion a culture of safety, continuous improvement, & process excellence
• Occasionally support test labs or job sites to keep projects on track
What You Bring
We welcome candidates from a variety of technical & educational backgrounds, what matters most is your problem-solving mindset & attention to detail.
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in a related field preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint), with strong Excel skills
• Basic computer knowledge; ERP or AutoCAD experience a plus
• Strong math skills (algebra, trigonometry, etc.)
• A self-starter who can self-check work for accuracy & manage workload independently
• A logical, solutions-oriented approach to troubleshooting
• Aluminum window experience preferred, but candidates from related manufacturing, engineering, or technical fields are encouraged to apply
