Product Developer/Buyer - Assistant

We are currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Assistant Product Developer to join our team. The Assistant Product Developer will support end-to-end product lifecycles, acting as a vital bridge between clients, internal design/operations teams, and manufacturing partners. In this role, you will help generate fresh product ideas, manage work-in-progress (WIP) tracking, and source competitive pricing—ensuring projects deliver on creative vision, stay on schedule, and meet profitability targets. Responsibilities include: Source quotes from multiple suppliers in order to provide clients with competitive pricing while not jeopardizing standard of quality Perform margin calculations to ensure quotes meet internal profitability targets and client budget thresholds. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines Establish long-lasting relationship with clients Managing WIP reports Reporting to Product Development Team Monitoring production process from beginning to end Work with design team to bring concept for client to life, design and creativity is a plus+ Work with Purchasing and Operations team to oversee timelines Resolve issues in a timely manner Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related field is a plus Flexible team player that can take direction well, pay great attention to detail Microsoft Office, ERP software is a plus Demonstrate independent problem-solving ability Detail oriented, excellent verbal and writing skills Able to multi-task and manage workload accordingly in a fast-paced environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
