Product Analytics & Supply Chain Lead
GPO Plus, Inc.Position Overview The Product Analytics & Supply Chain Lead is a hands-on role responsible for product performance analysis, inventory planning, forecasting, replenishment, purchasing and vendor coordination across multiple selling channels. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, this position translates sales, inventory and operational data into practical recommendations and accurate daily execution. This role is ideal for someone with experience in supply chain operations and analytics who enjoys working with data, solving inventory challenges and improving processes. You will work closely with Operations, Finance and vendors to improve product availability, reduce excess inventory and shrink, and support new product and store launches. The role also involves collaboration with the team to develop practical AI and automation workflows to improve reporting and recurring tasks, with clear documentation, testing and review controls. Attention to detail is not optional. Accuracy, follow-through and ownership are essential. Key Responsibilities Product Analytics & Demand Forecasting Analyze sales velocity, product performance, seasonality and demand trends to guide inventory and purchasing decisions Develop and maintain demand forecasts, inventory targets and weeks-of-supply recommendations Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust recommendations as demand and operational needs change Evaluate product assortment and planogram performance to recommend placement and product mix improvements Translate findings into clear recommendations for leadership and Operations Vendor & Purchase Order Management Coordinate with vendors regarding product availability, purchase orders, confirmations, shipments, lead times and discrepancies Calculate recommended order quantities using forecasts, sales, inventory levels, open orders and vendor lead times Create and manage purchase orders within established approval requirements Track open orders through receipt and resolve shortages, delays and receiving discrepancies Coordinate returns for expired, damaged or otherwise returnable products and maintain supporting records Support vendor onboarding and coordinate approved supply terms and operational requirements Inventory & Master Data Management Maintain accurate product, vendor and inventory master data across hubs, routes, stores and selling channels Track inventory receipts, transfers, returns and adjustments, including relevant expiration and lot information Investigate and resolve inconsistencies across inventory systems, operational records and reporting tools Analyze shrink by product, vendor, location and route to identify loss patterns and recommend corrective actions Strengthen inventory controls through receiving reconciliation, placement and scan reviews, and driver return analysis Replenishment & Inventory Planning Manage weekly replenishment planning and execution across hubs, routes and selling channels Use sales trends, inventory availability and operational requirements to recommend replenishment quantities and allocation Identify stockout risks, excess inventory, slow-moving products and inventory imbalances Coordinate approved replenishment adjustments with Operations and monitor results Support inventory readiness for new products, customers and store launches Multi-Channel Inventory Visibility Monitor inventory availability and movement across warehouses, hubs, routes, stores and third-party channels Reconcile internal inventory records against partner and channel reporting Identify and escalate supply gaps, inventory discrepancies and service concerns Maintain visibility into incoming inventory, outstanding orders and product availability Remittance & Financial Reconciliation Track and reconcile consignment inventory, sales, returns, remittances and vendor liabilities Review accounts receivable and accounts payable reports against supporting sales and inventory records Partner with Finance to investigate discrepancies and support accura…
