Warehouse Worker verifies and maintains accurate inventory records, overseeing the day-to-day functions of inbound receiving, storing, order-pulling and outgoing shipments. Reports to division’s General Manager. Qualifications and Experience Requirements Must have produce experience in warehousing. Ability to work in a cold environment (34 - 55 degrees Fahrenheit) Excellent communication skills verbal and written (Bilingual required) Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-pace environment. Detail oriented, yet flexible to adapt to changes and prioritize workload. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. to shoulder height and above Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Review inventory on a daily basis, to prevent miss-loads, shrink, etc. Prepare weekly work schedules for day and night shifts. Monitor the outflow of product on a daily basis via sales and communicates to procurement and general manager. Enforce standard operating procedures, company policies, and safety rules. Ability to perform all job functions of warehouse operations and assists when short staffed. Assign coolers to specific employees and hold them accountable for inventory accuracy and cleanliness. Update product code slots on a continuous/as needed basis. Perform other tasks as requested by the VP of Supply Chain and/or President. JOB REQUIRES WORKER TO : stand and walk frequently. Drive fork lift/pallet jack occasionally.
