Responsibilities Stock shelves with fresh produce, ensuring items are properly labeled and organized for easy customer access Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely to load, unload, and move produce inventory Use RF scanners to accurately track inventory levels and update stock records in real-time Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the produce area, including packaging stations and display cases Assist customers with product selection, answer questions about produce varieties, and provide excellent customer service Conduct regular inventory control checks to monitor stock levels and identify any spoilage or discrepancies Support shipping & receiving activities by loading and unloading deliveries efficiently while following safe lifting practices Skills Experience operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and RF scanners Strong knowledge of produce handling, merchandising, and retail store product presentation Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting with proper safety techniques Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory control and stock rotation effectively Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer needs Familiarity with warehouse operations, shipping & receiving procedures, and materials handling equipment Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and assist customers confidently Basic math skills for counting stock, managing inventory records, and processing transactions Retail sales experience is advantageous for understanding customer service expectations Ability to perform routine cleaning duties to maintain a safe and hygienic environment This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their retail experience while contributing to a vibrant team dedicated to quality service.
