• Maintain product safety and follow sanitation guidelines

• Leverage handheld technology and digital tools to support production, training, and product quality
• Use inventory management techniques to stock, rotate, and maintain quality and date controls
• Eliminate waste and guide peers while assisting members according to company procedures

Required Skills and Experience of Produce Support:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to complete required job trainings and assessments within prescribed timeframes

Compensation and Benefits of Produce Support:
• Hourly wage range of $16.00 to $23.00, meeting or exceeding applicable minimum wage requirements
• Additional hourly premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed
