Produce Associate

Overview As a Produce Associate, you’ll keep fresh products stocked, organized, and ready for customers. You’ll support daily retail and warehouse operations by handling produce carefully, maintaining clean displays, and helping with inventory and product movement. Your impact: Accurate stocking and appealing merchandising help customers find fresh produce and enjoy a clean, welcoming shopping experience. Duties Stock, rotate, package, and merchandise produce; maintain product displays and retail store product knowledge. Assist customers with questions and provide friendly customer service and sales support. Receive, load, unload, and move materials using pallet jacks or other material handling equipment; follow safe lifting practices when handling heavy items. Support inventory control and inventory management, including use of an RF scanner. Clean and maintain work areas and equipment; assist with shipping and receiving tasks. Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills, basic math ability, and a careful approach to manual handling. Produce, retail store, or warehouse experience is helpful; familiarity with warehouse operations, retail sales, or packaging is a plus. Ability to perform stocking, materials handling, loading, and unloading tasks safely. Forklift experience and experience operating material handling equipment are preferred; follow applicable safety procedures. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are welcome.
