Produce Associate

Responsibilities Stock, organize, and replenish fresh produce items on display, ensuring attractive and accessible presentation Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and RF scanners to load, unload, and move produce efficiently Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks and inventory management procedures Use forklift or other warehouse equipment when necessary to handle large or heavy produce shipments safely Assist with packaging, labeling, and merchandising produce products to meet quality standards and store policies Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the produce area to uphold health and safety standards Provide friendly customer service by answering questions about produce products, offering recommendations, and supporting sales efforts Experience Previous warehouse experience or retail store experience is preferred, especially in handling perishable goods or produce products Familiarity with inventory control systems, RF scanners, pallet jacks, and shipping & receiving procedures is advantageous Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse customer needs effectively Knowledge of safe lifting practices, manual handling techniques, and material handling equipment operation is important for safety compliance Strong organizational skills combined with basic math abilities to manage stock levels accurately Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and assist customers confidently Experience in merchandising, stocking, cleaning, cashiering, or retail sales will support success in this role Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering quality products with exceptional service.
