shness, quality, and presentation while delivering excellent member service. This role supports daily produce operations and contributes directly to member satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready produce area
• Receive, stock, rotate, and organize produce merchandise
• Ensure produce freshness, quality, and proper inventory levels
• Prepare produce items according to established standards, including trimming, packaging, scaling, and labeling
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality control guidelines
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting members and assisting with questions and product needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support store operations
• Use digital tools and handheld technology to support inventory, production, and quality decisions
• Maintain in-stock levels and help control shrink and waste
• Adapt to changing business needs and assist in other areas as required
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
Required Skills and Experience of Produce Associate:
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
• Attention to detail related to food safety, freshness, and presentation
• Ability to complete required job trainings and assessments

Compensation and Benefits of Produce Associate:
• Hourly pay meets or exceeds applicable minimum wage requirements
• Performance-based incentive awards
• Additional hourly premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed
