Crafted Highlights: In the role ofProduction Service Scheduling Analystworking in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Production Services department in brewery operations. You willbe responsible for developing andmaintaining production schedules for Packaging or Brewing Operations to meet Supply Chain demand whileoptimizing overall brewery throughput. This position reports to theManager, Wisconsin Material and works closely with the Packaging Operational Teams. What You’ll Be Brewing: Manage the Material Planning and Scheduling process in support of the brewery production schedule and manufacturing process requirements. Toaccomplish theseobjectives schedulers must analyze demand, mix, volume, and timing while adjusting for brewery process capabilities and constraints. Communicates and coordinates the production and execution plans in a leadership role across brewery functional Key Ingredients: Possess a proven record of accomplishment of achievement in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment Demonstrable evidence of driving World Class Supply Initiatives to deliver on challenging objectives You lovea challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding ofthe business priorities. You act withappropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy You are serious about deliveringresults, and take pride in a proventrack record in delivering. You are a skilled negotiator focused on the client; your constant curiosity fosters your innovativestyle and you can equally execute ideas given to you We prefer youhave aBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or like field.
