Responsibilities: Source and purchase electrical components, motor parts, and shop supplies to support daily operations Look for industrial parts and components for customers Communicate with customers regarding orders and order statuses Answer incoming customer orders and POs Issue and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Find vendors with competitive pricing and look for new vendors Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliability and quality Review invoices and resolve discrepancies between purchase orders and deliveries Track and report on procurement spending to support cost-control initiatives Requirements: 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management Experience in an industrial, electrical, or manufacturing environment preferred Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Proficiency with purchasing software, ERP systems, or Microsoft Office Suite Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset About Us: Sanders Electric Motor Service LLC has been a trusted name in electric motor repair and service in the Lenoir, NC area, delivering quality workmanship that keeps our customers' operations running.
