e multi-vendor portfolio. The successful candidate will navigate a high-volume queue with a daily rhythm of review, triage, and structured follow-up. This role requires exceptional relationship management and execution skills to ensure all procurement operations move accurately and on schedule. Key ResponsibilitiesFile and manage purchase requests and change orders in the procure-to-pay system while coordinating structured vendor intake.Draft statements of work and contract amendments from established templates and guide them through the approval workflow to full execution.Monitor and pursue approvals and signatures systematically to prevent delays in the contract pipeline.Reconcile purchase orders against contracts line-by-line to identify gaps, calculation errors, or billing discrepancies.Track team purchase orders in real time and proactively resolve blocking issues.Provide clean purchase order data to support monthly financial spend tracking.Partner daily with internal communications, accounting, legal, and finance teams.Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and agency partners regarding procurement matters.Communicate developments clearly and promptly to both internal partners and external vendors.Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, or a related field is preferred. Experience: Five to seven or more years of experience in procurement, contract administration, or high-volume operations. Technical Skills: Proficiency with spreadsheets, particularly Google Sheets, for tracking and reconciliation, and comfort with digital contract management tools.
