Summary The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of parts, equipment, systems, and services for the organization. This position ensures that all purchases are aligned with company goals, project timelines, and budgets, while ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This role has an operational focus with an emphasis on customer service, strategic planning for business growth expectations, and day-to-day procure to pay processes. |

Essential Duties & Responsibilities |
· · Supplier Management o Manages supplier relationships, analyzes performance, and provides feedback o Tracks and analyzes metrics to develop and implement improvement plans o Actively pursues supply-base rationalization o Manages issue resolution regarding defective material returns, corrective action requests, and invoicing o Supports engineering change notices |

· Other o Builds and maintains relationships with internal customers to identify and address needs and develop improvement opportunities o Works with various departments to support projects and new product introductions o Other duties as assigned Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree; or one to two year’s related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
