Procurement Specialist
We’re looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our team! This position is integral to the function of our organization, playing a critical role in our Third-Party Risk Management team. The key responsibilities for this role include:

Administration of contracts, conducting ongoing due diligence, updating policies and programs as regulations change, assisting with contract negotiations, quarterly reporting to sub committees, and managing the data in the governance, risk and compliance tool
- Manage endâtoâend procurement activities including requisition intake, sourcing, purchase order execution, and contract administration
- Conduct vendor sourcing activities, including issuing and managing RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs
- Support business units with negotiating pricing, terms, conditions, and service levels with suppliers to achieve bestâvalue outcomes

Provide general counsel, advice, and guidance on business, as well as developing and maintaining strong relationships with management, clients and the third parties
- Maintain accurate procurement records and support audits or reporting requests as required
- Use digital solutions to create efficiencies, simplify members’ banking needs, and enhance the member experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Risk, Finance, or a related discipline
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management within a regulated or riskâaware environment, with preference for service-related industries
- Effective communicator to collaborate and build relationships with internal stakeholders and external third parties
- Experience in negotiations to build mutually beneficial third-party relationships
- Detail-oriented and risk aware, contributing to the safeguarding of our company’s assets and reputation
- Proficient in digital literacy, including (but not limited to) critical thinking, problem solving and navigation using digital solutions
- Use and comfortability with a variety of Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Teams, Viva, Power Automate, Power BI)
