Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team and drive our procurement processes forward with energy and precision. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing supplier relationships to ensure the seamless flow of materials and services essential for our manufacturing and supply chain operations. Your proactive approach will help optimize inventory levels, negotiate favorable contracts, and streamline procurement workflows using advanced ERP systems. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and contract negotiations to secure quality goods and services at competitive prices. Collaborate with suppliers to evaluate performance, develop vendor management strategies, and foster long-term partnerships that support supply chain efficiency. Coordinate with manufacturing teams to forecast needs using MRP (Material Requirements Planning) tools, ensuring timely availability of materials while minimizing excess inventory. Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities, evaluate supplier proposals, and implement cost-saving initiatives. Oversee logistics and transportation arrangements to ensure smooth delivery schedules aligned with production timelines. Maintain comprehensive contracts, monitor compliance, and renegotiate terms as needed to optimize pricing and contractual obligations. Requirements Mandarin (Preferred) Some Solar Energy knowledge Proven experience in procurement management within manufacturing or supply chain environments. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable terms with vendors. Knowledge of supply chain management principles including inventory control, vendor management, and logistics coordination. Ability to analyze market trends, develop sourcing strategies, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication skills for collaborating across departments and negotiating with suppliers. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
