About the Opportunity: The PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST role is focused on supporting and executing the sourcing strategy for components and Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) suppliers. This position ensures efficient procurement processes, maintains vendor relations, and provides data-driven insights that contribute to supply chain effectiveness. The role plays a crucial part in sustaining supply chain standards and responsiveness, helping the organization remain competitive. Responsibilities: Support development and implementation of long-term sourcing strategy with components and MRO suppliers Monitor supply base trends and developments to enable proactive responses Investigate and resolve invoice and purchase order issues collaborating with accounting, vendors, and receiving Issue purchase orders timely and expedite deliveries as needed Maintain communication with internal teams and external partners to track market and demand changes Provide data, analytics, and supplier spend metrics to support procurement decisions Collaborate with engineering teams to drive supplier base rationalization Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, finance, economics, operations, or a related field Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sourcing or procurement Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and willingness to develop skills in D365, PowerBI, and MRP systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy in procurement activities Effective negotiation skills and vendor relationship management experience Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and influence stakeholders Pay Range and Compensation Package: The typical base pay range for this role across the US is $68,425 to $96,600, with individual offers based on role complexity, responsibilities, experience, and skills Certain roles may be eligible for merit increases, annual bonuses, stock options, and sales incentives depending on performance and role Benefits & Perks: Access to healthcare benefits for US-based employees 401(k) plan with company match Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
