Procurement-Senior Associate
PwCThe Opportunity As a Procurement Senior Associate you will focus on purchasing processes, supplier relationships, and purchase optimization to help the organization obtain quality goods and services at the appropriate price. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, guide junior team members, and build meaningful stakeholder connections while developing a deeper understanding of business context within our Internal Firm Services practice. In this role at PwC, you will support cost savings and operational efficiency through data-informed recommendations, careful review of purchase activity, and thoughtful coordination across procurement activities. Responsibilities Executing procurement workstreams for goods, products, and services while supporting cost savings and operational efficiency Managing purchase requests, purchase orders, and sourcing activities across assigned categories Analyzing supplier proposals, pricing, and contract terms to support procurement decisions Coordinating supplier relationship management activities and tracking performance against service expectations Reviewing contractual agreements, commercial terms, and vendor risk indicators to support compliance monitoring Developing sourcing strategies and preparing analysis that informs category recommendations and spend decisions Interpreting procurement data and market trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost management Supporting contract lifecycle management activities, including negotiation preparation and issue resolution Building relationships with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, anticipate needs, and move work forward Using procurement systems and digital tools to maintain accurate records and prepare reports for leadership review What You Must Have At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree At least 2 years of experience What Sets You Apart Experience in procurement sourcing and strategy support Managing contract lifecycle and supplier negotiations Interpreting procurement data for insights and recommendations Applying procurement software and digital tooling Anticipating client and team needs Developing personal brand through mentoring and reflection The salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $151,470. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $187,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
