Position Overview The Procurement Process & Analytics Analyst is a hybrid role that blends project management discipline, business analysis rigor, and reporting/analytics expertise. This person will translate complex business requirements, policy needs, and global regulatory considerations into simple, scalable, and measurable outcomes for the Procurement organization. This role drives process enhancement initiatives from discovery through adoption, defining current and future state processes, building the change management and communication plans that bring stakeholders along, and supporting the reporting and analytics function. The Procurement Process & Analytics Analyst reports directly to the Manager, Procurement Center of Excellence. The Procurement Center of Excellence (CoE) leads Procurement process improvement and transformation initiatives across the Procurement organization. The team is responsible for Procurement governance and compliance, digital Procurement technology, reporting and analytics, and the development and stewardship of Procurement best practices. The CoE partners cross-functionally with Procurement Category Management, Procurement Operations, Accounts Payable, Legal, and business stakeholders to ensure Procurement operates as a consistent, well-governed, data-informed function.
