ConfidentialWHO WE ARE As pioneers of the seaweed category, we introduced the world's first line of Certified Organic and Non-GMO Project Verified roasted seaweed snacks in 2012 and have since grown to become the #1 selling, premium, organic seaweed-based snack — but our aspirations reach even further. Led by founders and visionary food entrepreneurs Annie Chun and Steve Broad, we take great pride and care in creating delicious and convenient snacks inspired by our Korean heritage and believe that seaweed represents a sustainable path forward that nourishes people and the planet. With our eyes focused on the future, we're on a mission to increase our impact by winning over a whole new generation of foodies. We are assembling a team of talented and driven individuals who are just as excited about the future of seaweed as we are! Gimme was recognized by Inc. magazine in the 2025 and 2026 Inc. 5000 list of America's fastest-growing private companies, achieving strong growth over the past three years. WHO YOU ARE You are a hands-on procurement and supply planning professional who brings discipline from an established, sophisticated supply chain organization and is ready to have greater impact in a growing business. You want to build and improve systems, not simply execute administrative tasks. You are analytical and process-minded, with a demonstrated ability to design practical workflows, scorecards and reporting tools that make supplier performance and material requirements more visible and actionable. You are proactive, collaborative and comfortable working across international co-manufacturers, suppliers, Quality and our Madera manufacturing team. You combine attention to detail with ownership, sound judgment and a continuous-improvement mindset. WHAT YOU DO Supplier Management & Monitoring Maintain supplier profiles, contracts, pricing and master data for co-packer raw materials, Madera inputs and Gimme-owned packaging. Monitor on-time delivery, fill rates, lead times, quality issues and price variances; identify risks, escalate concerns and track corrective actions. Partner with Quality to support supplier qualification, onboarding, capability assessments and root-cause analysis. Evaluate supply continuity risks and support qualified primary and secondary sources for critical materials. Prepare supplier scorecards and quarterly business reviews; coordinate with the Madera Buyer Planner on supplier performance and escalations. KPI Development, Systems & Reporting Develop and maintain consistent supplier KPIs, scorecards and Power BI dashboards for Supply Review and leadership. Build and improve scalable procurement and planning processes, reporting tools and systems across manufacturing locations. Identify manual workflows to streamline or automate, improve data quality and establish repeatable operating practices. Analyze spend, pricing variances, supplier performance and cost-to-serve to identify risks and savings opportunities. Material Requirements, Forecasting & Purchasing Translate production plans and rolling forecasts into raw-material requirements using bills of materials (BOMs) across co-packers and Madera. Develop purchasing and supplier forecasts to support capacity, lead-time and pricing decisions. Reconcile requirements against co-packer purchase orders and communicate quantities and timing. Provide Madera material requirements to the Madera Buyer Planner, who owns day-to-day Madera purchase orders. Purchase Gimme-owned packaging, including displays and repack materials, in alignment with commercialization timelines. Supply Planning Support & Growth Support manufacturing-node supply plans, including capacity, material requirements and production timing. Maintain planning master data and prepare Supply Review inputs and scenario analyses. As the network expands, progressively assume ownership of supply plans for assigned nodes while the Senior Planning Manager retains overall network planning responsibility. WHAT YOU B…
