Procurement Operations Analyst & Sourcing

Title: Senior Procurement Operations & Sourcing Location: Hybrid – 3 Days onsite, Tampa or Jersey City (Tampa preferred) Duration: 6-12 Months Contract to hire Visa: USC, GC, GC-EAD, TN, H4, OPT Interview Mode: Video Job Description Conducts sourcing activities for category, including Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other RFx activities, benchmarking analyses, and category market research. Develops and executes on negotiation strategies that deliver against business objectives and achieves sustainable relationships with suppliers. Generates value via negotiation wins to savings initiatives and identifies savings opportunities for respective category. Creates category-specific strategic initiatives and drives operational excellence across the managed category. Analyzes industry trends and evolving procurement technologies to proactively identify opportunities to adapt leading practices. Supports business’ growth strategy, revenue goals savings, and business transformation objectives through effective vendor and stakeholder relationships. Partners with leadership in the development and implementation of process improvements required to ensure successful relationship management with our business partners. Collaborates with cross-functional teams throughout the deal lifecycle to facilitate execution, including Contracts/Legal, Vendor Servicing, Finance, Third Party Risk, Purchasing, and Stakeholders. Demonstrates strong technical capabilities and professional knowledge in areas related to third-party management, sourcing, contract management, procurement, vendor management, and spend management. Demonstrates ability to quickly learn new processes and uncover new opportunities that may benefit the managed category. Drives high-quality work within expected timeframes and on budget. Monitors progress, manages risk and ensures stakeholder and leadership are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Qualifications: (Associate) Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, or in a related discipline AND 5+ years of related work experience. Preferred: Concentration in one or more Non-IT categories, ex. Facilities and Occupancy, HR, Marketing, Telecom, Market Data, Security, Professional Services. Experience working in E-Sourcing and/or Procurement tools, ex. Oracle Procurement. Experience working in Vendor Management Systems (VMS), ex. SAP Fieldglass CSP, CPSM, CSCP, PMP, LSS - Green Belt or other supply chain equivalent certification a plus. Qualifications: (Sr. Associate) Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, or in a related discipline AND 7+ years of related work experience.
