Procurement Manager - Food Manufacturing

Job Description Shamrock Farms is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee purchasing activities, supplier relationships, and sourcing strategies for food manufacturing operations. This role focuses on securing quality materials at competitive costs while maintaining reliable supply chains and supporting production needs. Key Responsibilities Manage procurement activities for ingredients, packaging, and operational supplies. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and purchasing agreements. Monitor inventory levels and ensure materials are available for production. Evaluate supplier performance, quality, and delivery reliability. Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve purchasing processes. Coordinate with production, finance, and warehouse teams. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. Several years of procurement or purchasing management experience. Experience in food manufacturing or foodservice supply chains preferred. Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Knowledge of inventory management and purchasing systems. Ability to manage multiple suppliers and priorities.
