Procurement and Compliance Manager 📍 Location: Washington D.C, 5 days on site. 💼 Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire 💰 Compensation: Up to $120k, commensurate with experience About the Opportunity Addison Group is partnering with a growing organization to find a Procurement and Compliance Manager. This is a high-visibility role reporting to the Director of Business Transformation, serving as the organization's primary point of contact for procurement activity. You'll own business-as-usual spending, lead contract negotiations and supplier reviews, and act as a key control point for risk, supplier integrity, and audit readiness. What You'll Do Serve as the go-to resource for business-as-usual spending across the organization Build and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers Manage contract renewals and negotiate favorable commercial terms Conduct supplier performance reviews against agreed KPIs and drive continuous improvement Maintain a contract database that supports financial planning and reduces service disruption risk Identify savings opportunities and conduct ongoing market research on product selection and pricing Partner with departments on timely PO issuance and invoice alignment with contractual terms Perform supplier due diligence, including conflict of interest, financial stability, and regulatory screening Ensure contracts include appropriate data protection, confidentiality, and anti-bribery/anti-corruption clauses Maintain compliance documentation to support internal and external audits Escalate compliance concerns or supplier non-conformance to Legal and Compliance teams What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field 5+ years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation, and purchasing operations Proven ability to manage significant spend Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen Working knowledge of procurement regulations, including anti-bribery/anti-corruption laws Experience supporting internal or external audits and compliance reviews Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize a demanding workload while meeting stakeholder expectations Nice to Have CIPS qualification or equivalent Experience managing purchasing technology and software Why This Role Direct impact on spend, savings, and risk across the entire organization Visibility with leadership as part of a business transformation function Ownership of both the commercial and compliance sides of procurement Why choose Addison Finance & Accounting?
