Procurement Manager

Overview As a Procurement Manager, you’ll lead purchasing and sourcing activities that help teams secure the materials, services, and contracts they need. You’ll guide procurement category management, supplier relationships, and contract decisions while balancing cost, quality, compliance, and delivery needs. Your impact: Strong sourcing and supplier management help internal teams access reliable goods and services and support effective operations. Duties Lead strategic sourcing, purchasing, and procurement category management across assigned categories. Manage supplier selection, performance, pricing, and vendor contracts; lead contract negotiation and procurement contract management. Partner across functions on project management, materials management, logistics, quality management, and supply chain priorities. Use SAP, Oracle EBS, other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, e-procurement systems, and material requirements planning (MRP) tools to support procurement processes. Apply procurement regulatory knowledge, including public sector purchasing requirements where applicable. Experience Experience in procurement management, supplier management, supply chain management, and purchasing. Demonstrated negotiation skills, including direct negotiation procurement, procurement negotiation, and procurement contract negotiation. Knowledge of contracts, contract management, vendor contract management, sourcing, pricing, and supply chain operations. Experience with SAP or Oracle EBS is useful; familiarity with ERP systems, MRP, and e-procurement systems is preferred. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
