Procurement Manager

Core Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience 3–7+ years of procurement or supply chain experience Preferred Requirements: Experience supporting procurement activities within a manufacturing or production environment Familiarity with ERP and procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Coupa The successful candidate will oversee sourcing, supplier relationships, and procurement activities to support efficient and cost-effective manufacturing operations. This individual will work closely with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and other departments to ensure supplier reliability, service quality, and operational continuity. Responsibilities: Manage procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, contracting, purchasing, and performance management Develop sourcing strategies and competitive proposals to improve supplier value and cost efficiency Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and contract terms with key suppliers Monitor supplier performance, resolve service issues, and ensure operational continuity Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement priorities with business needs Identify cost-saving opportunities while improving purchasing processes and supplier accountability CiresiMorek is a team of experienced industry professionals known for a hands-on, relationship-driven approach.
