Join a dynamic team where you'll play a pivotal role in establishing and scaling a modern Procurement Center of Excellence, leveraging technology, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver operational excellence and financial value. What You'll Do Technology Enablement & Optimization Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of procurement technologies, including spend analytics, contract lifecycle management, project tracking, and procure-to-pay solutions. Serve as the primary owner of procurement technology platforms, overseeing system performance, vendor relationships, user access, integrations, and continuous enhancements. Partner with IT teams to ensure seamless data integration, system connectivity, and reliable information flow across platforms. Drive adoption of procurement tools through training, stakeholder engagement, and ongoing support initiatives. Spend Analytics & Strategic Insights Build and maintain a comprehensive spend analytics framework by cleansing, categorizing, and enriching enterprise-wide spend data. Develop actionable insights that uncover savings opportunities, monitor compliance, and support category management strategies. Create executive dashboards and reports providing visibility into spend trends across suppliers, business units, categories, and regions. Support sourcing initiatives with data-driven analysis, benchmarking, forecasting, and savings opportunity assessments. Savings Management & Financial Reporting Design and manage a robust savings tracking methodology that captures opportunities from identification through validation and realization. Maintain a centralized pipeline of cost-saving initiatives, ensuring clear ownership, timelines, risk assessment, and progress visibility. Collaborate closely with Finance teams to validate savings, reconcile results, align forecasts, and measure bottom-line impact. Deliver executive-level reporting on savings performance, procurement value creation, and strategic initiatives. Governance, Compliance & Program Management Establish and manage procurement governance frameworks, including policies, procedures, sourcing playbooks, approval workflows, and compliance monitoring. Track procurement initiatives, transformation projects, and operational workstreams to ensure timely execution against milestones. Prepare executive-ready materials and insights for leadership presentations, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions. Proactively identify risks, resolve obstacles, and drive accountability across multiple projects and stakeholders. Capability Building & Continuous Improvement Develop training programs, process documentation, and best-practice resources to strengthen procurement capabilities across the organization. Benchmark procurement processes, tools, and performance against industry-leading practices. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, reporting accuracy, user experience, and overall procurement effectiveness. Foster a culture of innovation, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence. What We're Looking For Technical & Functional Expertise Strong experience in spend analytics, data management, and enterprise-wide reporting. Proficiency with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. Experience working with procurement technologies, including spend analytics platforms, contract management systems, and project tracking solutions.
