Procurement Manager

Procurement Manager, Bridgewall Systems (Winnipeg, MB) Bridgewall Systems is a growing Winnipeg manufacturer in the commercial interiors industry. We're hiring a Procurement Manager to lead our purchasing and supply chain. What you'll do Manage purchasing from quote to delivery: issue, track and close out POs Follow up with suppliers on pricing, lead times and confirmations Manage inventory levels and reorder points Work closely with project management and production so materials arrive on time Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate pricing and terms Coordinate freight and shipping, including cross-border paperwork Find ways to reduce costs and keep material spending on budget What we're looking for 3+ years in purchasing or procurement, ideally in construction or manufacturing Strong organization and follow-through Comfortable with ERP and project management software Clear communicator with suppliers and internal teams Experience with import/export and freight is an asset What we offer Full-time, on-site role in Winnipeg Competitive pay based on experience A key role in a growing company, with room to shape how purchasing is done Work Location: In person
