Lead competitive sourcing events (RFI/RFQ/RFP), supplier qualification and award recommendations in partnership with R&D, Quality, Operations and Commercial teams. Negotiate pricing, supply agreements, payment terms, index-based pricing mechanisms and contract renewals to deliver measurable savings and supply security. Manage supplier performance through scorecards, business reviews and corrective actions covering quality, on-time delivery, cost and responsiveness. Identify and develop alternate and second-source suppliers to reduce single-source exposure and support business continuity.
