Job Duties Establish procurement processes and sourcing reliable suppliers globally to meet the company’s needs. Negotiate contracts and managing vendor relationships to ensure favorable terms, while overseeing compliance with all contract stipulations. Coordinate purchasing activities to support company operations, including inventory management and the flow of goods within the supply chain. Maximize the use of NETSUITE systems to streamline procurement functions and enhance work process efficiency, ensuring smooth operations and data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with internal teams in the US and Asia to develop cost-effective procurement strategies that align with business objectives and support growth. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and sustainability goals, including ethical sourcing and minimizing environmental impact. Track procurement expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing and negotiations. Mitigate supply chain risks, identifying potential disruptions, and develop contingency plans to ensure continuity of supply and minimize costs. Utilizing data analytics to track supplier performance, purchasing trends, and operational efficiencies, providing insights to improve procurement strategies. Contribute to the company’s growth by optimizing procurement functions, ensuring the right materials are available to support product development, customer demand, and operational needs.
