The Procurement Manager is responsible for leading the operational procurement function, overseeing purchasing activities that support the organization across all locations. This role ensures purchase orders are processed accurately and efficiently, materials and equipment are delivered as required, supplier issues are resolved, and internal stakeholders have visibility into procurement activities and order status. The Procurement Manager leads and develops the procurement team, establishes effective processes and workflows, manages supplier relationships, and partners with internal stakeholders to support operational and project needs. The role is responsible for identifying opportunities to improve procurement efficiency, visibility, and service through process improvements, reporting, technology, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate is a hands-on procurement leader who can balance daily operational demands with longer-term process improvement. This role requires strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and supplier management skills, as well as the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
