Evaum Pharma SolutionsJob Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement & Logistics Executive to manage pharmaceutical product sourcing, supplier coordination, purchase orders, inventory availability, and domestic and international shipments. The candidate will coordinate with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery of pharmaceutical products. Key Responsibilities A. Procurement Source pharmaceutical products from authorized manufacturers, wholesalers, and distributors. Obtain quotations, compare pricing, and negotiate commercial terms. Coordinate with suppliers regarding product availability, batch numbers, expiry dates, and lead times. Prepare and manage purchase orders (POs). Follow up on pending orders, supplier payments, and delivery commitments. Develop and maintain supplier relationships and an approved vendor database. Verify product documentation, including invoices, certificates of analysis (where applicable), and other required quality documents. B. Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinate domestic and international shipments. Arrange transportation, freight forwarding, and customs clearance with service providers. Prepare and verify shipping documents, commercial invoices, packing lists, and other export documentation. Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery delays. Coordinate with suppliers and customers on shipment schedules. Monitor freight costs and identify opportunities to reduce logistics expenses. C. Pharmaceutical Compliance Ensure procurement and shipment activities follow applicable pharmaceutical distribution requirements. Coordinate the collection and verification of batch-specific documentation. Monitor product expiry dates, storage conditions, and temperature-control requirements. Maintain appropriate procurement, shipment, and supplier records. D. Reporting & Administration Maintain procurement and shipment trackers. Monitor open POs, pending deliveries, and supplier performance. Prepare weekly procurement and logistics reports. Coordinate with sales, finance, quality, and warehouse teams. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations. Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred. Experience with international shipping and export documentation is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and purchase order/inventory management software. Strong negotiation, communication, follow-up, and organizational skills. Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
