Procurement Inventory Coordinator Location: Neepawa, Manitoba Shift: Mon-Fri 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Why join our team? As a Procurement Inventory Coordinator , you will play an important role in supporting our operations while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Free Parking Company events And more!!!! Your days will include: Maintaining accurate weekly inventory counts for spare parts, production supplies, and packaging material. Conducting cycle counts and inventory adjustments. Investigating variances while recommending and implementing corrective actions. Reviewing and posting receiving. Reporting weekly and monthly counts and variances. Working closely with the HyLife maintenance department on inventory issues. Assisting with the Work Boot program, daily reports, and receiving/customer service Other duties as assigned To succeed in this role, you must possess: College diploma or degree in Business Administration (an asset) and/or 3+ years of experience in Procurement. Strong Microsoft Office skills; experience with WMS systems and Great Plains is desirable. Previous experience performing inventory counts. Ability to reconcile stock counts and report data. Ability to identify and resolve issues to ensure optimal and effective distribution processes.
