Responsibilities
• Assist in supplier research and qualification for materials and services
• Support RFQ development, bid comparisons, and sourcing recommendations
• Gather and analyze procurement and cost data using Excel and reporting tools
• Create, track, and update purchase orders in ERP or procurement systems
• Coordinate with supply chain, operations, and finance on material needs and timelines
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery, and quality metrics
• Help identify cost-saving and process-improvement opportunities
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
• Support contract and pricing review under guidance of senior staff
• Collaborate in a performance-driven, innovative, and inclusive team environment
