Procurement Executive – Bright World Technologies Location: Carrollton, TX | Type: Full-time | Department: Procurement & Sourcing About Us Electronics Bazaar, founded in 2013, is a growing online seller of refurbished laptops, desktops and Chromebooks. We serve individuals, businesses and organizations with quality devices backed by warranties. The Role As a Procurement Executive, you will find, bid on and buy refurbished-grade IT hardware on a scale, and make sure what we buy is tracked and ready to sell. You will work with vendors, ITAD (IT Asset Disposition) companies, recyclers, school districts and corporates, and you will be central to keeping our supply steady. Key Responsibilities Vendor sourcing: Identify, evaluate and buy stock from vendors, and build a reliable supplier base. Auctions and bids: Monitor auction platforms and tenders, and place competitive, margin-aware bids on lots of end-of-life laptops, desktops and Chromebooks. Bulk acquisition: Buy retired devices directly from ITAD companies, recyclers, school districts and corporate refresh programs. Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, logistics and lot conditions to protect margins. Evaluation: Assess lots before purchase by reviewing specs, condition, quantity, age and resale value. Inventory management: Maintain accurate records of all procured stock, including receipt, grading, storage and movement, in coordination with the warehouse and refurbishment teams. Relationship management: Keep strong, long-term relationships with suppliers and auction houses. Market tracking: Watch pricing trends, demand and new sourcing channels to buy the right models at the right time. Reporting: Share regular updates on purchases, costs, inventory levels and sourcing pipeline. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, trading or IT asset buying (freshers with strong interest may be considered). Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills. Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets and inventory tools. Ability to work with deadlines in time-sensitive bidding. Good to Have Experience with ITAD, e-waste or refurbished electronics. Knowledge of bidding platforms, tenders or government and education procurement. Understanding of grading standards and resale pricing. Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 per week Work Location: In person
