Procurement Coordinator I

Come join our family at In-N-Out Burger! The Procurement Coordinator I works under the guidance of the Procurement Supervisor. As a procurement professional, you'll handle purchasing for a variety of materials—from PPE and production supplies to chemicals and maintenance items. This position provides essential support across multiple organizational departments by guaranteeing that material orders are processed with precision and arrive within established timeframes. Familiarity with food safety principles is considered advantageous, given the rigorous processing standards mandated by USDA and FDA inspection protocols. General Responsibilities: Cataloging all existing and new supplies. This includes using Canopy/Oracle software to create and process purchase orders. Reordering/replenishing items to ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained, that items are rotated (FIFO) and that inventory is stored in a neat and orderly fashion. Ordering may include routine communication with Production Supervisors to ensure accuracy based on projections. Receive and inspect incoming material, confirming accuracy of orders and shipments received and that they meet company quality standards. Coordinating corresponding accounting records are maintained and approved timely. Research of new supplies/parts will be required along with some assistance from supervisor. Administrative duties to include responding to emails, voicemails, and supporting business leaders with inventory related projects. Perform other work-related job duties as required. Work Schedule + Benefits: Full-time position, (Hourly) Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; some overtime as needed 5 days per week Weekend and holiday availability required Starting Pay Range is $31.53- $33.65/HR The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition.
