What's in it for you:$25.00 - $36.00 hourly4-month contract with an immediate start opportunityLocation: downtown CalgarySchedule: Monday to Friday, full time in-officeOpportunity to build experience supporting corporate, operations, and project procurement activitiesResponsibilities:Issuing a high-volume of purchase orders and contracts for a variety of projects and operationsManaging the PO lifecycle including close-outsSetting up new vendorsIssuing RFPs, reviewing and drafting contracts, and working on commercial bid evaluationsReview, draft, and administer contracts in accordance with organizational requirementsSupport vendor onboarding and supplier set-up processesRequirements:2+ years of hands-on experience in an SCM Coordinator, Procurement Specialist, or Buyer roleFluent with MS Dynamics 365Post-secondary completion in supply chain management Experienced with high-volume POs Working experience with RFPs and commercial bid evaluations This posting is for an active opening.
