Professional purchasing certification highly preferred. Recruitment Notes This is advanced responsible administrative and supervisory work in developing Requests for Proposals, Requests for Qualifications and Requests for Information in the central procurement operation of the County. Employees in this class are responsible for supervising a subordinate staff of professional employees and working in conjunction with a variety of County officials to develop and evaluate Requests for Proposals and Requests for Qualifications for a wide range of services.
