Procurement Contract Specialist

This role will focus on high-value procurement, complex contract development and negotiation, supplier management, and strategic sourcing. Key Responsibilities: Manage procurement of high-value goods, services, materials, and equipment Develop and negotiate complex contracts, including pricing, terms, performance requirements, and risk mitigation Lead sourcing events and negotiations with suppliers Manage supplier performance and contract compliance Work with cross-functional teams on major construction and infrastructure projects Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field 7+ years of relevant procurement, contract management, or supply chain experience Major project, construction, manufacturing, utility, or infrastructure experience preferred Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and project management skills.
