We’re redefining how community banks and credit unions connect with the people they serve. Our mission is rooted in people inspired innovation, empowering financial institutions to deliver seamless, secure, and human centered experiences. We deliver cutting-edge solutions that are paving the way for the next generation of digital banking and payments, but our true impact begins with our associates. If you're ready to help transform an industry and grow with a company that values purpose, collaboration, and excellence then we’d love to meet you. We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Procurement Contract Administrator II to join our team. In this role, you will support the review, organization, and ongoing maintenance of vendor, customer, and partner contracts. We care far more about your work ethic, problem-solving attitude, and willingness to learn than a specific technical background. If you are organized, thorough, enjoy keeping things running smoothly, and take pride in delivering quality work, we are fully prepared to train you on our systems and internal processes. While not required, candidates who have previously served as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or key contributor during an ERP implementation or major system upgrade, such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, or Coupa, will find that experience beneficial in supporting future process improvements and system-related initiatives. As a Procurement Contract Administrator II, you will assist with contract oversight and compliance by reviewing contract documents for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company requirements. You will collect and maintain supporting documentation, such as vendor forms and insurance certificates, ensuring records remain current and organized. You will also serve as a point of contact for routine internal and vendor contract inquiries while supporting contract updates, renewals, and revisions as you become familiar with team processes. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate contract records, key dates, and status updates within internal systems. This includes monitoring contract expiration dates and renewal deadlines, as well as preparing routine contract summaries and status reports for management. You will also provide administrative and problem-solving support by assisting with billing reviews, verifying invoices against contract terms, and researching payment or vendor discrepancies. Working closely with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams, you will help resolve issues and support the successful execution of contract-related activities. The role also requires handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion while contributing to team projects and day-to-day administrative needs. Successful candidates are motivated self-starters with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. You possess excellent attention to detail and can identify missing signatures, incorrect dates, or incomplete documentation that others might overlook. Reliability, organization, and follow-through are essential, as is the ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with colleagues across the organization. If you enjoy solving problems, asking questions, and supporting a team-focused environment, this opportunity offers an excellent chance to build your career in procurement and contract administration.
