• Conduct integration and user acceptance testing; troubleshoot functional, integration, and data-related issues.
• Create documentation, support user training, and provide post-go-live stabilization and user support.
• Collaborate independently with business stakeholders and technical teams to resolve issues and deliver implementation activities.
Requirements
• 8+ years of experience with Sitetracker or a similar project, site, or asset management application.
• Strong understanding of project, site, asset, construction, facilities, or field-service processes, with experience in application implementation and functional support.
• Demonstrated ability to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations and solutions.
• Experience with data management, migration, testing, UAT, troubleshooting, and integrations involving Google Sheets, Jira, SAP Ariba, or comparable enterprise applications.
• Understanding of REST, SOAP, JSON, and related API technologies, plus strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
