Procurement and Sourcing Analyst
DexianProcurement and Sourcing Analyst Key Responsibilities Support strategic sourcing initiatives, including Requests for Proposals (RFPs), RFx events, supplier evaluations, benchmarking activities, and market research. Assist in developing negotiation strategies that align with business objectives and foster strong supplier relationships. Partner with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Finance, Vendor Management, Third Party Risk, Purchasing, and business stakeholders throughout the procurement lifecycle. Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) and support procurement-related transactions. Assist with the review and processing of Statements of Work (SOWs), contracts, and supplier documentation. Monitor project timelines, identify risks, escalate issues when appropriate, and ensure stakeholders remain informed of progress and outcomes. Support vendor onboarding, supplier performance monitoring, and procurement process improvements. Analyze industry trends, supplier markets, and emerging procurement technologies to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and value. Demonstrate a willingness to learn new processes, systems, and sourcing methodologies while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. 0-3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, vendor management, purchasing, finance, operations, or a related business function. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other standard business applications. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to indirect procurement categories such as Professional Services, HR, Marketing, Facilities, Telecom, Market Data, or Security. Experience with procurement and e-sourcing platforms such as Oracle Procurement, Coupa, Ariba, or similar tools. Experience working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as SAP Fieldglass. Familiarity with supplier management, contract administration, purchase orders, SOWs, or sourcing processes.
