This position ensures compliance with fiscal and procurement regulations, provides expert advice on procurement processes, and supports the department’s business operations. This position will also act as a backup for the Banking Relationship Manager and will be responsible for organizing and managing quality assurance processes across various operational functions. Key Responsibilities: Contract Management & Execution: Review, evaluate, and ensure alignment of contract scopes of work with departmental needs. Draft, amend, and finalize program-specific contract documents, exhibits, and amendments. Oversee contract execution, including distribution and management within the State’s Contract Management System (CMS). Ensure the timely and accurate renewal, modification, and tracking of active contracts. Procurement & Compliance Oversight: Serve as the department's subject matter expert on the procurement of goods and services, providing technical advice and strategic recommendations. Manage and execute procurement processes, ensuring adherence to state fiscal and procurement rules, laws, and guidelines. Support the department in securing necessary resources while maintaining compliance with applicable procurement regulations. Banking Systems & Security Administration: Oversee the administration and security of the department’s online banking systems. Ensure that banking transactions, accounts, and processes comply with established security protocols. Actively monitor and manage banking system operations to prevent and address any security risks.
