This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Procurement and Contracting Administrative Specialist based in the United States. This is an early-career opportunity supporting procurement, contracting, and supplier administration within a collaborative corporate services team. You will help maintain accurate supplier and client information while ensuring contracting records and documentation remain organized and accessible. The role combines data management, administrative coordination, document handling, and process support. You will work with Salesforce and other internal systems to strengthen data quality and help prevent compliance gaps. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, organization, adaptability, and a willingness to learn. You will also contribute to department initiatives and help improve the efficiency of day-to-day procurement and contracting workflows. This remote role offers an opportunity to develop practical experience while working alongside experienced professionals in a supportive environment. Accountabilities Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date supplier account information within Salesforce. Update client contracting information and help ensure data integrity across internal systems. Assist with supplier report management and related data updates. Proactively maintain supplier files and documentation to help identify and prevent potential compliance gaps. Support procurement and contracting activities through document collection, organization, tracking, and record maintenance. Assist the Director of Contracting with identifying and updating client contracting activities. Maintain organized and accessible contracting records within Salesforce. Contribute to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of procurement and contracting workflows. Support the implementation and rollout of departmental initiatives and process improvements. Complete day-to-day administrative assignments while managing priorities, deadlines, and competing responsibilities. Use task tracking and time-blocking techniques to maintain an organized workload. Adapt to changing priorities and take on new assignments with a flexible, team-oriented approach. Requirements 0–2 years of experience in administrative, clerical, office support, procurement support, or a related field. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when handling data, documents, and records. Ability to prioritize competing tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent follow-through. Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues. Adaptability and a genuine willingness to learn new systems, processes, and responsibilities. Comfortable working in a changing environment where priorities may shift and new assignments arise. Proactive, dependable, and service-oriented approach to administrative work. Ability to handle sensitive business information with discretion and professionalism.
