Recruitment Notes This is a professional position within the Strategic Procurement Department (SPD) responsible for conducting comprehensive assessment of procurement practices, procedures, policies and positions, analyzing workload and performance data, identifying gaps and opportunities, and offering recommendations to improve the efficiency, consistency, effectiveness, and strategic alignment of countywide procurement operations.
