About Us Join our dynamic Moresco team. We are scaling our operations and looking for a sharp, strategic Procurement Agent to take ownership of our end-to-end supply chain, optimize vendor relationships, and drive cost-effective sourcing solutions. What You’ll Do Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for goods, services, and raw materials. Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers; evaluate performance, negotiate contracts, and secure the best terms and pricing. Budget & Cost Control: Set and monitor departmental budgets, track market trends, and identify opportunities for continuous cost reduction and mitigation. Process Optimization: Streamline purchase-to-pay workflows, manage order approvals, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining strict quality standards. Risk Management: Foresee market disruptions, assess supply chain vulnerabilities, and build reliable contingency plans. Safety & Compliance: Strictly follow OSHA and EPA guidelines regarding hazardous materials, including the use of required PPE and spill-containment procedures. What You Bring Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or relevant certifications like CPSM are a plus). Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management. Including Compounding experience. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP and supplier management software (e.g., SAP, Ariba), plus strong data analysis capabilities in Excel or BI tools. Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
